Job Information

Minimum/General Experience:
Three years of experience in administrative and management support for a wide range of office functions.

Functional Responsibility:

  • Greet visitors; provide front office coverage, maintain designated office areas, and answer telephone calls.
  • Route customer calls for helpdesk support to the designated points of contacts for each contract/program.
  • Order, coordinate, and manage office supplies.
  • Monitor and coordinate maintenance of general office equipment.
  • Prepare and circulate general correspondence, e-mail messages for general announcements and handle travel arrangements.
  • Provide administrative support to program personnel, HR, accounting and management.
  • Perform and coordinate an office's administrative activities, storing, retrieving, and integrating information for dissemination to staff, management, and clients.
  • Develop, maintain and update documents dealing with administrative procedures and contact directories
  • Coordinate and schedule monthly & quarterly staff meetings, corporate functions and provide necessary support.
  • Organize, maintain paper and electronic files and provide information via the telephone, postal mail, and e-mail.
  • Maintain and update corporate informational charts/general announcements on official bulletin boards

Education:
High School Diploma. Associate Degree or certification in Office Management and Administrative Support is preferred.
