Mr. Bhartiya has over 30 years of professional experience in Internet/Intranet applications development, network design and evaluation, network requirement analysis planning and implementation, and information systems design and implementation. He has worked for and/or led initiatives in various technical endeavors for EER Systems Corporation, Poly-Qual Engineratics, and was a consultant to the Government Planning Commission in India for many large scale projects. As president of REI Systems, Inc. for over 10 years, he has led the organization in successful ventures combining the realms of information systems and the Internet.

Mr. Bhartiya received his M.S. in electrical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in 1975, and his B.S. in electronic and telecommunications engineering from Allahabad University, India, in 1970.

Mr. Salona has over 25 years of professional experience in Internet/Intranet applications and information systems with clients, such as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration, Digital Equipment Corporation, Texaco Inc, Science Applications Research, and several healthcare corporations. He has led REI in the design and implementation of an innovative Electronic Handbook approach to Internet-driven information systems for complex document-driven business processes.

Mr. Salona received his M.S. in computer science from the Center for Advanced Computer Studies, the University of Southwestern Louisiana, Lafayette, in 1982. He earned a diploma for his graduate research in computer science at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India, in 1978. He received an M.S. in operations research, St. Stephen's College, Delhi, India, in 1977.

Mr. Fletcher joined REI in 2006 and brings more than 18 years of professional experience in project management, systems integration, internet/intranet-based applications, database design/development, and data warehousing and business intelligence. Mr. Fletcher has successfully led large initiatives, including the development of an award winning grants management system for the Department of Justice, a disaster response portal for the Department of Homeland Security, and an enterprise marketing and implementation database in support of the Environmental Protection Agency’s ENERGY STAR® Programs. Prior to joining REI, Mr. Fletcher directed the grants management line of business for ICF International.

Mr. Fletcher received his B.A. in Business Management from Virginia Tech in 1987.

Mr. Kari joined REI in October 2001 and progressively moved up through various roles in systems development, project and program management. He led the design and implementation of HRSA Electronic Handbooks, Health Resources Services Administration's mission critical and complex enterprise investment for grants and program management processes. Under his leadership and direction, REI has provided a full spectrum of technical and support services to various organizational units within HRSA such as the Bureau of Primary Health Care, Bureau of Health Professions and the Office of Federal Assistance Management. Under his oversight, HRSA became one of the largest REI customers in 2008 and 2009.

Prior to REI, Mr. Kari worked in the wireless application development team at Strategy.com, a real-time data analysis and alerting subsidiary of MicroStrategy.

Mr. Kari received his Bachelor's degree in Petrochemical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Pune, India, in 1996 and his M.S. in Environmental Engineering from Michigan State University, E. Lansing, MI, USA, in 1999
